Description

The lampshade is made from a traditional Ikat design on cotton fabric in fabulous vibrant cerise pink & white colourway with a moody red linen interior. This makes a fabulous lampshade and paired with the Yorkshire hand turned wooden lamp base made from Sycamore wood – the wood has been coated with finishing oil and polished in wax to bring out the natural colour of the wood which the soft tones works well and makes a perfect lamp to complement your home design – fabulous and totally unique for you.

Alerntatively, painting a lamp base to the colour of choice makes for a very exciting and unique lamp – pictured the lamp base has been painted in Farrow & Ball Theatre Red to pop out the colour of the red in the ikat design – but if you would like a colour of choice on a lamp base please get in touch to discuss.

♥ Be sure when you are ordering the size of your lampshade that you take the correct measurements before purchasing; a few tips when choosing the size of your table lamp shade:
♥ The lamp shade width, should be a similar to the height of the lamp base
♥ The height of the lamp shade should be approximately two thirds the height of the lamp base
♥ The lamp shade should also be wider than the widest section of your lamp base
